Acceptance

By creating an account or using QR Menu you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QR Menu provides QR-code digital menus and ordering tools for restaurants. We may update or improve features over time.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your menu and prices, keeping credentials secure, and the activity of your staff.

Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing you select. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Do not misuse the service, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

You keep ownership of your content. We retain all rights in the QR Menu platform, software and brand.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
